Have a Hitachi-Seiki 4NE-600 lathe that stops at alarm 401 (servo) during execution of program.
 
I have three Fanuc manuals 1) Operators Manual (B-52244E/01) 2) Maintenance Manual (B-52245E/01) and 3rd) unknown, as front cover is missing along with pages 135-138,143-148 and last page is 332(not sure if there should be more). As these pages refer to alarm 401 and are torn from book, they are probably the right way to follow for repair. Question is, does anyone recognize manual, and can anyone supply replacement copies of pages missing?
I have attached copy of first page of manual in question and any hint on 401 error would be welcomed  
 
I have attached a link to cncforums website for thumbnail attachment as I can not seem to attach here.  I asked on that website but have not received input other then from servo rebuilder company with generic help.
